Return & Exchange Policy
You have one week from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :
The product is not according to your order specification, damaged, defected or incomplete.
The product must be not used, and in the original packaging with labels
Return will not be Entertained If:
Change of mind / size / thickness will not be acceptable.
Customized Order will not be entertained for return.
Item Type: General and Samples & Printed Orders are not applicable for returns.
Sales & Discounted Items are not applicable for returns.
How can apply for Return?
For All return query, please contact our customer services at info@afpackages.com with the order detail and return reason.
Once our customer services team approves the return will be pick-up from your location in Karachi, outside from Karachi will be informed by email the delivery address.
Cost of Returning the item will be bear by customer/client.
When Return will be processed?
Our aim to process your returns within 5-7 working days of return date.
In Case of rush or busy periods, It might take 14 working days for your return to be processed.
Do we offer Refund?
We don’t offer any refund by cash or bank transfer, we preferred to exchange the products however in the case where we won’t be able to offer an exchanage product or any solution we may offer a refund.
In case of refund, shipping and processsing charges will not be refunded.
10-15 working day required for refund handling and type of payment mode, in case of acceptance of refund.
